Right from the beginning an important goal of this website has been to aid universal access. The website was developed with the guidance of an interaction designer whose primary role was to assist in achieving the goal of universal access.
As accessibility technologies are tailored to aid the needs of individuals it is widely considered: The users own choice of accessibility tool should remain the main median to bridge the gulf between the user and a website. In order to allow the vast array of accessibility technologies freedom to function with this website effectively and efficiently the content on all pages are delivered as well formed HTML documents that are compliant with W3C standards. This means all pages gracefully remain accessible, navigable and semantic without styling.
If you find an area of this website to not meet the goal of universal access please contact me. A description of the problem and the name of the page the problem was found on would be very helpful.
